Insurance Claims

- Electrified Collision is not responsible for delays caused by insurance companies.
- Repair timelines are estimated and may vary depending on parts availability, insurance approvals, or unforeseen circumstances.
Parts & Materials
- Replacement parts may include OEM, aftermarket, recycled, or reconditioned parts depending on customer preference, insurance authorization, or vehicle requirements.
- Paint and materials are matched as accurately as possible using advanced computerized systems.
Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept approved payment methods as specified by our business.
Warranty
- Electrified Collision provides a limited warranty on qualifying repair work.
- Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper maintenance
- Customer neglect or misuse
- Damage caused by future accidents or environmental conditions
- Warranty details may vary depending on the repair performed.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and insurance information
- Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service
- Inspect the vehicle upon pickup
- Notify us promptly regarding any concerns after repairs
Vehicle Storage
- Vehicles left unclaimed after repair completion may be subject to storage fees.
- Customers will be notified before storage fees are applied where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
- Electrified Collision shall not be held liable for:
- Delays beyond our reasonable control
- Loss of personal items left inside vehicles
- Pre-existing damage unrelated to performed repairs
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use
